By downloading, installing, or using BrickLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

BrickLens is a mobile application that provides LEGO set pricing information, portfolio tracking, and price alert functionality. Pricing data is sourced from third-party marketplaces and is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Pricing Data Disclaimer

BrickLens provides pricing data sourced from BrickLink, eBay, and other marketplaces. This data is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Prices may not reflect actual transaction values, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing information. Always verify prices on the source marketplace before making purchase or sale decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

BrickLens offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code.
  • Scrape, harvest, or redistribute pricing data.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual Property

LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse BrickLens. BrickLink is a trademark of BrickLink, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrickLens is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions made using our pricing data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
